Yes...Catcha has taken over the Ltu Villas.

They are currently renovating the rooms and grounds.

The rates are discounted right now...but along with the renovations...I'm sure the rates will go up a bit.

We will be at Catcha Sept 30 for 5 days staying, staying in the Libra cottage. I am just happy to hear the news about the pool being ready. Its been a LONG wait. So ready to be there

while substantial work has been already accomplished on the pool at catcha... some reimagining of what it will be took place and projected completion is probably more conservatively the first week or two of nov, weather permitting. it will be splendid when complete i have no doubt but there is still a decent amount of work to be completed regards to construction... don't know how much work will follow for pump, filter and other electrical... but they began pouring concrete bottom this week and walls have concrete forms and are being poured daily. they have 8 or 10 workers daily right now working diligently in the heat of the day so i trust they are committed to finishing the job this time once and for all, but sept bookings still may be too early by a mere few days to fully enjoying it.

Does the takeover also include LTU restaurant?

From onestop's website the original LTU rooms looked good

Eastender...it does not include the LTU Pub.

Not another choice for Nov, I already cant decide where to stay.

interesting news. Guess the lack of funds to build the pool that has been posted here in defense isn't exactly correct if they are purchasing other properties. :)

The LTU villas have good bones. I bet it will be really nice when the Catcha signature made on the place.
