My husband and I are going to Montgo Bay on Feb 12th for a week and we plan to spend a day between Dolphin Cove and Dunn's Falls. I haven't been to Jamaica for many years, but I remember the Falls being really busy with cruise ship people. Does anyone know if any day of the week has less traffic from the cruises or is it pretty much non-stop?

And any other highly recommended excursions and restuarants would be greatly appreciated.

Greetings and welcome Dawn,

Monday or Tuesday will be quieter ( I think cruises are wed/thurs/fri ) and the weekends are much busier.

You should also enjoy the Luminous Lagoon where you can have dinner at Glistening Waters Restaurant and then swim in the "glow in the dark" lagoon. It's spectacular.
