LOL, I guess it depends what you mean by "long walks". 2 miles just doesn't cut it for me. While Bloody Bay may be geographically part of Seven Mile Beach, it is separated from Long Bay by impassable rocks. You can't walk the beach between the two bays (I tried!). So if you stay at CN, your beach walks or runs are basically restricted to Bloody Bay unless you want to hike out to the road. At CSA, you have much longer stretches of beach to walk or run. Hope that clarifies the distinction.
Jamaicasteve, not sure who you're referring to when you say "Susan", but the male-female policy was in the fine print in Couples' previous brochure (not the current one), and travel agents are aware of it. Recently, Randy (manager) confirmed it on the official Couples board, although he said they would make exceptions for wedding parties.
It's true that toplessness is accepted at CSA. Couples does clearly state in their brochure that CSA does not have a fully clothing-optional area, and we didn't see anyone nude there. Randy on the Couples board has said several times that nude guests at CSA would be asked to cover up.
