Oh..I thought THE Canopy tour (the Chukka one that everyone seems to take) was at YS, wow. There's a few now.

I know there is a new one at Mayfield Falls that is like half the price of the one that everyone seems to take (Chukka). My friends did it in December, loved it.

The main one people talk about is the one just outside of Montego Bay on an orange plantation. I believe that wast he first zipline tour on the island, then Chaukka (sp?) added the Ochi one. Within the last year YS falls put in their own zipline from what I've read online. I'm not sure about the YS one, it wasnt there last year when we were there so its something new. I thought I read there was only one line at YS though so if you really want to do a canopy 'tour' I'd suggest you try the Chaukka tours.

so can you do the canopy tour in mo bay? the only reason we were gonna go to ochi was for this, so if you can do this there please let me know. i dont want to do the one over the falls if its only one line. i would rather spend another day in negril rather than ochi just for the canopy tour.

Do the one outside Mobay, seems like we saw it on our way to Negril. This one is the original zip line and from what the guys at Chukka told me has a couple runs that are much longer than the one in Runaway Bay (not Ochi). You have to go through a tour group to do their tour so you can't just show up and expect to go. It is an awesome experience. I'd say it's no more than one hour from Negril. Cost depends on where you're coming from as it does include transportation.
