“ Moon Dance Villas Wedding ”

I'm getting married at Moon Dance Villas on May 10, and I was wondering if anyone has suggestions about weddings there. I know several members have gotten married there and loved it, so I'm really looking forward to it!

Also, what would be fun things to do before the wedding? We'll have a group of about 12, and we're all going down 3 days before the wedding. I would love to go to the cliffs.....would a taxi be the best way to get there? Where's the best place to jump or swim on the cliffs?

Any other suggestions would be welcome! We're in our 20's (bride, groom, bridesmaid, and 3 groomsmen) and most of the family coming is 50's and 60's. We're not interested in nightlife, but my sister and I love things like the cliffs to jump off, or the water trampoline behind Margaritaville.

Hi

We are ALSO getting married at Moondance!! Our party is about 45 people so we rented the whole property. Our date is May 1st 2009-- Since it looks like you are already hitched I was wondering if you could give me some feedback as to how it was. What are some good activities, etc. Did you get the dj, which photographer did you use? Any suggestions on florist or cakes?

We were married at Moon Dance June of last year. You have chosen "THE" place for a beach wedding in Negril. Rest assured you will have the time of your life on your special day! You can search my posts for my thoughts, but suffice it to say Moon Dance provided me with a flawless dream wedding!

It was only the two of us so we didn't have a dj and we had the chef at Lilac make a cake for us that was excellent. Moon Dance uses a good florist and they did a green cymbidium/dendrobium orchid bouquet for me.

A wonderful lady back here in KC did a slideshow for my AHR and I'll post the link to that tomorrow.

Relax...you are in great hands!

There is a very talented woman next door that did my hair. Can't remember her name, but I highly recommend her. She's worked on fashion shows in NY. If you or anyone else would like that service, Moon Dance can make appt. for you.
