I've seen this term used a lot as of recent & I began to wonder...

Just what is a Banana Hammock? Is it a Speedo? Is it a pair of swim trunks with or without lining? Is it the lining itself? Could it be a purse or "bag" if you will?

I got to surfing around and have seen a plethera of Banana Hammocks... but I've not seen any in Jamaica...

Is this the spring breakers fashion & if so, have any of you seen any Banana Hammocks in JA this break?

Please, what kinds of Banana Hammocks have you seen?

Saw more than enough of these this past week to never have the image or the name erased from my memory. Yep, scarred for life LOL

I HAD to check out this thread :~) I dont think of speedos when I hear "banana hammock". I've always reserved that term for man thongs--they have more string to them so more closely resemble a hammock. Thanks for the diversion from work though!

I agree I always think of a man-thong when someone says banana hammock, either way they are NASTY!! lol Many men out there still think they should wear them though! Whatever floats your boat... or your hammock! lol
