Tourist Card from UK

We will be travelling with Thomson in May. Has anyone from the UK purchased their Tourist Cards online? Does this save time on arrival?, if so, does anyone have a link to a site to purchase from UK? Thanks

Yes I have read on another thread that many from the UK have bought their Tourist Cards online, here is the website link below.

Does it save time on arrival ? It all depends on how many flights will be arriving at the same time as yours if it will save time or not !

Hi Cadge,

Considering most of your airline will be buying their cards at the airport it will definitely save you time.

If you have transportation included in your package you would still have to wait for the people on your bus to make it through the airport. At least you will be outside enjoying the sun rather then staying in line to buy a card.

Safe Travels!

Thanks Angie and Bigjim for your replies. As Bigjim says, it may be better to wait outside, than standing in a long queue, so looks like I'll be purchasing online

you can get your tourist card on the plane like most do, fill it in before you land and join the queue to hand it in, never waited more than 10 minutes doing it that way.

That's not the tourist card maxi that's the immigration form. The tourist card is the one you pay $10 for.

Maximurph thats your Blue Immigration form that is given out on the aircraft to fill in which is handed in at the same time as getting your passport stamped. Here it is in this link.
