Palladium theatres and bars

Do the same shows rotate from theatre to theatre (I think there are two?) and is there table service? I've read that the Michael Jackson show is great - any other recommendations? Which lobby bar is best after the show? Looking for some music and comfy seating. Also wondering what time the piano player is at Hemingway? Does anyone know if they make Caesars at any of the bars? Thanks
