New Construction in Uvero Alto

Over the past month I have noticed some activity just north of Dreams Punta Cana and south of Sirenis. I was out that way today and while getting a cold one for the bumpy ride back to reality, I inquired as to what the project was. Now this is unconfirmed, but the source was a senior member of a local resort...who mentioned that it is a new NH property...purported to have 1000 rooms when done. I expect buy sometime next spring things will look a bit more completed, but for now, some foundations have been poured and the cement trucks were a steady steam today!

Will update as I know more.

We drove right along the work site on our way down the road leading to Tropical Treasures and were able to see some of the framing - looks to be a pretty big place for sure!!

Right beside the main market area..BBG. That land has been a family battleground for years with the sons wanting to sell...and mom wanting to hold on to it. Well...mom passed away and as a result......sold!

BTW...it is on the side of the market closer to Sirenis...by the Popular Bank side.
