I had the same problem. I booked online off of Apple's website, got a confirmation email indicating it was the 6 Apple Square Deal Punta Cana but then then the next day received my documents via email and they said Dreams Square Deal PUJ or LRM. I do think it shows that the error is less likely to be our fault if there are a number of us who had the exact same issue. What happened to the days of customer service where we at least got some voucher of some kind when a mistake was made?

Booked ASD twice and were sent to Dreams(old SS the Beach)both times. Apple rep at DR told us that ALL square deals in DR go there. Now with Palm Beach maybe there will truly be another (Dreams)option. I believe whether people purchase Dreams package or Square Deal they are going to a Dreams no matter what! I have asked phone reps, employees at resorts, people at USA 3000 counters and pushed to speak to supervisors at all and no one will directly tell me that YES you are going to a Dreams resort. If they advertise a Dreams SD and a 6 Apple SD yet all people are going to Dreams- they should just say so!!!
