I feel horrible for all the folks being affected by the fire, especially that one poor girl who is supposed to get married in just a couple of weeks.

If you don't mind me asking, which resort were you relocated to? We booked through Apple for April 23rd, we booked Platinum so we would have the option of restaurants at other hotels but I just wanted to check to see where they were relocating to.

I'm a poor guy actually :-). I am getting married there in 2 weeks, and the place where we were having our beach reception is gone. My girlfriend is a mess...taking it really hard. My TA has been trying really hard to find out what they are going to do for us, but the wedding coordinator is not answering her phone or returning emails.

We were relocated to Sunscape the beach. It looks awesome. I am soooo greatful to The Vacation Center. My husband and 2 daughters are thrilled about the relocation. They are big fans of Hibachi Japanese cooking and they have that type of resturant on sight. Apple Vacation rep did not miss a beat in what could or should have been a stressful moment.

We also have changed locations. Going to Bavaro Princess mid April thru Apple Vacations. Switched today to Iberostar. Paid a litte more money, but worth it. Have been to Iberostar before and it is a great resort. Don't want to hear construction noise on a peacefull beach ! And, don't want to be bussed to other properties to eat dinner. Apple Vacations is great to deal with. Have used them many times in the past. Anyone else going to Iberostar Punta Cana or Dominican mid April?

We regret any possible inconvenience caused relating to the fire which has resulted in the destruction of our Trapiche complex. In an effort maintain our guest satisfaction we will be offering the menus of the affected restaurants (El Gaucho, El Pescador & Bella Pasta) in our other restaurants, such as the Hispaniola and the Chopin.

We are also offering you the ability to use the all inclusive facilities of our other 3 properties (Punta Cana Princess, Caribe Club Princess and Tropical Princess), which can be accessed along the beach (approximately 400 meters walk) or with a pre existing shuttle bus service between the hotels. This opens up more facilities for you and a further eight a la carte restaurants to make reservations for which can be done directly with our guest relations in Bavaro Princess.

Finally we would like to invite you to a weekly exclusive Apple Vacations barbecue on the beach, a great opportunity to dine on our fantastic beach with the sound of the waves close by.
