Does the resort have any excursions to town to celebrate carnival ?Or does the resort have it's own celebration? Would it safe venturing on our own to a celebration if the resort does not offer anything?

Hi labob,

Each week the resort has a Beach Party!

You can see video of it here:

There have been times when the resort will offer transportation to celebrations going on in Bayahibe, last year there was a festival and they had mini buses running back and forth.

There is always something fun and wonderful available at CDM.
