Comparison regarding these properties would be a great help.

We are a couple traveling (ealry 30's) for relaxation and a little adventure...pool, snorkeling, beautiful grounds, dencent food, perhaps a little golf, and predominantly adults. Which resort/location would best fit us?

Casd Del Mar certainly has all of this in abudance, plus a lot of golf in the area. I think that area is particularly well-known for the golf, be it the $200 a round "Teeth of the Dog" or the other 3 cheaper courses in the area. I am not a golfer myself so can't comment directly, it's just what I heard.
