You don't need adaptors for the voltage, it is the same. However, the plugs are set quite far into the wall with a casing around it. If you plug head is large you may have a problem. All of our appliances fit, but our friends had a problem when they tried to recharge their camera battery. They couldn't get the plug through the casing because it was too large. If you have a standard, small plug size, you should be fine. Hope that helps!
