Haven't been there but fwiw, there was a booth at Oistins fish Fry on a Friday night, at which someone was selling hand made leather sandals. I seem to recall that he was making the sandals, but that memory might be compromised from having consumed a few too many Banks.

Rastas have a great leather sandal making tradition, but whether this is a rasta advertising I don't know--------------------advertising is not their style, You usually find them at festivals, and craft centres and possibly Oistins.

The guy who sells the sandals at oistens does shoe repair making from a shop on the main road not far from worthing beach. And i think it may take more than a day lol.

i not sure if he would be advertising as it would be costly and usually do things by word and mouth.

The guy at Oistens is great.

He also goes to The Crane on the craft evening.

My wife bought a pair 3/4 years ago and they are still going strong. She wears them everywhere (including the beach) and says they are the most comfortable sandals she has ever had.
