I've searched the Oistins forum and no where can I find what time stuff gets going on the friday night. What time would you go. 10:30? We went a few years ago and we got there late, it seemed like everyting was packing up.

around 9 ish is when ity starts to get really busy I'd say - sort of 9 - 9:30ish.

My parents want to try the food at the fish fry but being seniors they arn't super crazy about big crowds.

Would Saturday still offer the same sort of eating experience?

I have been on saturday in Jan - still good atmosphere and music - enough people there but not crowded -queues for food aren't as long.I prefer saturdays but also like friday just for a drink and short stay. Never stayed very late though

I don't think your parents will enjoy,went there on a Friday too crowed and LOUD piped in music find a place to sit and eat off paper plates. I quess it wasn't for us. Love the GAP for a time out.
