Hi Dana.....
Just wrote you on another post (re: Dine-Around). For Coconuts....if you can, there is a part of the restaurant towards the back that is actually lower, than most of the restaurant. You have to walk down about 6 steps. If you can, try to eat over there. Since it is lower, you will be that much closer to the water. it's really nice!
About my review....i finished writing it yesterday....it is long, but I think very informative :-). i sent the maximum number of pics they will allow on trip advisior. The reason you don't see it yet, is because all reviews have to be submitted, then reviewed by TAdvisor first. It takes about 48 hrs. So, I'm thinking it might be there, under the Reefs reviews, tomorrow.
As for the moped.....we rented a scooter....and I rode on the back. I wasn't entirely comfortable the first time around riding by myself, and I figured it would be twice as expensive, too. Umm....we did see all of the island, but not in one day. We went to Dockyards one day.....that will be a fairly short trip from CB for you, and then another day we went to St. Georges, on the other side of the island for the snorkeling at Tobacco Bay. So, we didn't travel the whole island in one day.
Romantic things to do.....maybe have CB pack up a picnic lunch for you and take to some isolated cove. There are many of these, just west of Horseshoe Bay, where you have quite a bit of privacy. Oh....and go to there on a Friday.....otherwise you will be flooded with cruise ship passengers.
I know that CB has some sort of private island dinner, as well....but I think it's pretty pricey. I would think the beach dinner would be just as nice.
As far as going into Hamilton.....you might just want to pop in there on Harbour Nights.....if for nothing else, to see the Goombay Dancers. They also have their stores open until 10pm, I think, and there are are local artisans that have booths set up along the sidewalks.
Any other Q's just let me know.
