We've never satyed there but I toured through the entire property the week before it re-openned in 2003 after an extensive refurbishment/renovation. You can check thoese observations by using the SEARCH feature of this site using'..Grape Bay Beach Hotel..' as your search criteria. The hotel is being managed by the Bermuda Resort Hotel group, which also manages SUFSIDE BEACH, HARMONY CLUB and The WHARFS EXECUTIVE SUITES and they are a first rate group of hotel and hospitality industry professionals. Marcus Jones was the new GM when the hotel re-openned but I have since heard (but not confirmed) that he has left for a different assignment.
