@Divi, On behalf of the Divi & Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusives Management Team, we’d like to reply to the concerns being voiced on this forum. Guest safety is a top priority and something that is vigilantly monitored on property. The following measures are in place throughout the properties to ensure security and safety: 24-hour security personnel conducting property walkthroughs, nightly checks by security staff of all sliding door locks on first floor units, security cameras throughout the 2km stretch of land linked to dispatch room with 24-hour monitoring, lighted pathways and in-room safety information. Additionally, a property manager is on duty 24-hours a day, available for any guest concerns. Guest safety has been and continues to be closely monitored by hotel management.
So even with all these supposed security measures in place your guest and her family were still robbed while they we sleeping in their room? You seriously must have the most unsafe property on the Island. You still fail at customer service and protection by not responding in an appropriate manner to the victims of this crime. Quite honestly, if thats the way you treat a long time guest who has gone as far as to put your company name as her Tripadvisor tag how do you treat first time quest when they need help or compensation?
