Last I heard was that their "soft opening" would be in late March. Not sure when their "grand opening" is scheduled for at this point.

Just got back last night. Here goes: they say that one building and one restaurant will be done for March 27th - The hotel is looking great but not done at all. We are timeshare owners so they have been letting us stay there. There were no restaurants or no common area bathrooms. The pool has been all retiled but is a little noisy with construction so we sat at the beach which was wonderful because there were so few of us there. I can tell you that the lobby is gorgeous, the front outside is beautiful, the pool area will be done last, all the structures for the new restaurants are up and are so nice. All the rugs have been replace with marble floors, there are new chairs at the beach and pool, full maid service for the rooms, if you are going all inclusive you should check on the arrangements they are offering as there maybe no restaurants ready in 3 weeks..... Aruba was beautiful as always and we had a great time in spite of the renovations.

Hi Rocky...so glad you had a wonderful time..thanks for sharing on this site...I thought of you all week. I am happy that things are looking so great...we will be going next Jan. for our time share in aruba and are using this years in playa del carmen. Will let you know how that is. Stay well!
