Has anyone stayed at Caribella? I just returned from Anguilla and stumbled upon Caribella on Barnes Bay. This looked like it could be a nice alternative to a hotel. Beach was a little rough but beautiful and quiet. If the price is right, I would stay for a month. Thanks

I haven't stayed at Caribella, but have done the site inspection and it is clean, modern, and well-run.

It depends on when you go. In summer, the ocean off Barnes Bay was calm and perfect when we used to stay at the old Cocoloba Resort down the beach from Caribella (which we watched being built!) in the early nineties. Be aware that a new resort will be going in on the Cocoloba site, but do not know if construction has started yet. www.korhotelgroup.com

We loved Frangipani for the same reasons in early summer - calm ocean, peace and quiet and good service.
