CJ or Cu will be delightful..you are lucky with both options..

This is a blessing. What is better? A half complete new resort on a good beach or a fully operational luxury resort on the best beaches? While CJ is probably better, either is an upgrade. You lucked out.

One more item. Are they really going to open in August as hurricane season arrives in earnest and the bulk of the island is shutting down? Expect another delay soon.

Cap says it's staying open this year and that some restaurants will follow suit -- we shall see. Restaurant & resort staff have that "September/October break" hard-wired into their systems at this point. Difficult to change, for some.

Since you've already done CuisinArt, then give youreselves another frame of reference and let the Viceroy folks put you up at Cap. It's really pretty, after all, "The Today Show" did a wedding there. This way you'll have a great perspective of luxury accommodations on the island.

My vote is for Cap!

My concern is for all of the workers they "enticed away" from their other jobs with promises of May, June, July, and now August(?) work. Are these would-be employees being compensated by Viceroy in good faith for having to wait?
