We stayed at Arbron Villas this past March and loved it. We actually went with our kids and it was a nice environment for family with the pool right there. I'd definitely, definitely recommend the upper units - pay the extra to have the top floor. Arthur, the owner, and his family are wonderful. The property is surrounded by really amazing villas. One thing to check is the status of the construction - they were building 2 more buildings when we were there. If they are still under construction, just confirm they'll stop building when you're there (they normally do anyway, I think) - hope this helps.
