I'm unclear about what beach club you're talking about? We have stayed at both Frangipani and Turtle's Nest which are on either side of those 4 villas. The front villa has an unobstructed view of Meads Bay and the water; the 2nd villa most likely has partial water views -- not sure about 3 & 4. From both Frangi and Turtle's Nest, we had a bird's eye view of the pool and deck area of the front villa. It's highly likely that the unit behind ours at Turtle's Nest has a similar view of some portion of the other villas' decks and pools. The 4 four villas that comprise that development are squished in between 2 resorts that have 3 and/or 4 floors -- they're going to have an impact on privacy.
