can any-one suggest the areas where hotels should be booked in tokyo?
ALSO SUGGEST HOTELS IN THE RANGE OF 200$ TO 300$

The above options for the night life are good. If you want an area that is more old Tokyo and traditional asakusa is a good spot to stay. Still close to the city, also can be close to asakusa station so easy to get back to Narita by train if you want to.
Play with your dates at - http://travel.rakuten.com/ - to see what works within your budget. You can read hotel reviews in the Tokyo Hotels section of TA.
how many pax are you?
Typical popular areas include, Shijuku, Shibuya, Ikebukuro, Ginza, Ueno and Asakusa. Which are to pick depends on what type of area you like.
Sorry to come into your post binaJaipur.
Could any one of your help me which hotels is better, Keio Plaza in shinjuku or Courtyard by Marriott Ginza? I am not a night life person, but love shopping, eating, sightseeing.
Thank you.
