Shangri La is near Tokyo Station. You can check out these options on bento.com:

There are a lot of eating places inside the Tokyo Station complex on both sides of the station as well as on the top floor of the Daimaru Department store.

Shangri La is located right next to Tokyo Station:

A number of reasonable restaurants are located in the Tokyo station buildings, mostly Yaesu Exit buildings' basement and first floor.

Another choice is Shin-Marunouchi Building, also brandnew building, located in front of the other side of the station:
