Mauritius, South Africa, Maldives, Malaysia, Singapore, Seychelles.
You can even do Europe as summer is approaching.

It really depends on your definition of a "best place", how far you're willing to travel and this will also be dictated by your budget. Preston makes some good suggestions as a starter, but it's really difficult to advise you without a heck of a lot more information.

Why don't you try bali.. It is not even peak season that time and will not rain there.

It all depends on your budget - I would go for a romantic safari experience in South Africa!
