Anyone reimburse mileage at a rate other than the IRS rate?

Does anyone reimburse mileage for corporate purposes at a rate other than the IRS level, either way is there a compelling reason on why or why not to use the IRS level?

Well, you can't go over that amount without running afoul of deductability unless you go itemized. The IRS rate has been pretty high, but the real cost is also high. We take that into consideration when deciding to fly or drive between close cities.
