Untrustable yatra.com

Never make your reservation through yatra.com if you plan some important business trip, as they are not reliable source. I made booking for kochi, they confirmed me the booking and charged my card , after one day I get a call from their office that my booking is canceled as there is no room available so we have to cancel your booking. may be the reason was something else (e.g. rates) , as I called up the hotel directly and hotel staff confirmed me that rooms are available on my preferred date . It is really disappointing to see such commitment level from them. My business trip is really into mess and now as on shortage of time I have to book another hotel at higher rates.

Seemingly illogical. If rooms were available why didn't you book? If the trip is important book directly. You rarely save money by trying to "cheap out". Many hotels have lowest price guarantees.

Last poster....this was a very old post - almost a year, and the poster has not posted on TripAdvisor since. I appreciate the gesture, but rather than bump an old post, you should have considered a private message directly to the poster first.
