Wheelchair in cruise ports

Rome:

Is it difficult/possible to push someone in a wheelchair from the Colosseum down past the Forum and onto the Pantheon, Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps? Any idea how long it would take?

Piraeus:

While waiting for cruise ship embarkation, is there anywhere near the port for coffee/snacks that is accessible by wheelchair?

Istanbul:

While waiting for cruise ship embarkation, is there anywhere near/over the Galata bridge for coffee/snacks that is accessible by wheelchair?

Thanks.

Have a look on CruiseCritic plenty of info there. Rome is one of the least disabled friendly cities in Europe, although if you can manage steps, the buses and local people will ensure you manage. Taxis are frequent and not too expensive.

I can't help with the other places as it is a long time since I have been there.
