If you've booked hotel accomodations with OTELS.COM in the last year, please detail your experience. I booked with them for the first time, received my confirmation, but the hotel doesn't have our reservation yet. I am very nervous about this.

Please let me know any positive or negative experience with this online booking company.

Thanks very much. After I posted the question, I realized it is OTEL.com (not OTELS). Apparently it is a completely different company. If you know anything about OTEL, I would appreciate a reply.

check "in all forums" you will be surprised as what you will find out, we are strugling with the same situation right now with Otel.com

Let us know if you get your money back, including the exchange fee/

Used them to purchase a hotel in Venice Italy for our honeymoon....absolutely no problem. I did email the hotel to make sure we were squared away but again, no problems whatsover.

I have booked Nouvel Hotel in Nice with them. They had really good prices. I have booked double room however as I was travelling witm my friend we needed twin room. I wrote to them to change the room. They have informed that it depends on the availability in the hotel. When we came to the hotel we have recived room with two separate beds without any problem.
