I cannot change the city in my profile

Why can't I select Memphis, TN as my city for my profile? You know - the home of the Blues? Elvis? Stax Records? Beale Street? Last time I checked it was a major city. And why is there Memphis Missouri in the pull-down with a population of less than 2,000?

I've just tried it and Memphis x 6 options come up including Tennessee :)
