we had our business listed on tripadvisor for nearly 3 years. Now the listing seem to have vanished, can't find it anymore? Not even through search? What has happened? Listing name was "Kraut's German Eatery" in Nelson, New Zealand.

Through Google, I found a reference to the resto closing for 7 months to change locations. It could be that someone has reported you to TA as closed. Not sure, that seems a bit over the top but I guess it could happen if someone linked a news story with their report. Google also shows your restaurant on TA with 43 reviews, but the links lead nowhere.

Are you a registered owner on TA? You may no longer be able to access your management centre.

You could try to contact TA through the help centre, but I wonder if they would reply with a request to go through the owners' centre. Others with some business experience on TA will be along to give you better advice.

Then be patient. Requests for new listings can take up to 5-6 weeks.

Hi, I received an email that my property was listed.

An URL was given and it works.

Problem is, a search for my property on the search bar shows NO RESULTS! Can anyone help me?
