On the last 4 January I received an email of Ryanair saying that my credit card payment was declined and my booking on the flight to next day (5 January) too.
In view of this I canceled my hotel booking and the entire trip to Dublin (from London).
However some days later when I looked to my credit card statement, I found the Ryanair's debit!
In short: I lost my trip, part of the money regarding the hotel booking, and the company are charging me the flight.
Since the Ryanair has no email or phone contact visible, does anybody knows how contact them to get my refund? I'm sure that this company probably is the worst lowcost air company in the world!
