Ryanair to implement allocated seating!

Michael Oleary has just announced on breakfast tv that Ryanair are to introduce allocated seating on all flights from 1/02/14.He also said many of the current charges for hold luggage will be cut,and customers will be allowed to carry two bags of hand luggage on all flights from ALL airports Ryanair fly to.will be interesting to see how much baggage costs will fall.

Would suppose the extra leg room seats will be at least, 10 euro.

No more "Free" extra leg room seats for you then BIGste.

Other airlines charge for extra legroom do they not? I am 6'7 so always have to pay for extra legroom, mrs is 4'10 so no worries for her lol

According to today's Mail it will cost 5€ to pre-book a seat, with the remainder being allocated in the '24 hours before departure'.

Hmm, so how does that affect the printing of your boarding pass? If you don't pay for a seat, then your seat number won't be on your boarding pass unless you print < 24 hours??

Good question mikeeboy, perhaps those without booked seats will have to use the check in desks like the Monarch system. I'm just speculating though, the article's a bit short on detail.
