Would like advice on flying from Melb to Switzerland with a stop-over in Singapore or Melb to Paris via Singapore
One thing Singapore airport offers is a transit hotel airside which you book in an six-hour block and add per hour. If your schedule allows, it's a good way of breaking the journey for a few hours' sleep and a shower. We've just booked for six hours there homeward from Australia, it was 91 Singapore dollars which is a bargain.
Thanks for your reply. Which airline is better in terms of price, flight duration and flexibility with a Singapore stopover
Thanks! Any reason?
Sounds like a good idea but would like to stay 1-2 nights

If you can get Singapore airlines that would be my choice.
If the price is right, go with Singapore airlines, you will not disappoint with your choice, Singapore airport is great for transit, there is the transit hotel inside the airport, there is a free city tour if you want to go and see the country while you are on transit, they have a free movie treater, butterfly garden and a swimming pool that you can use while you are on transit. Also airline and service is also great.
