is this a reputable company? when we tried to book a flight they said they couldn't use international credit cards and when we chose paypal they said they temporarily couldn't use paypal and wanted us to send a bank transfer.

Anyone have similar issues?

Avoid at all costs.

A bank transfer means you have no security whatsoever, a reputable firm should have no problem with credit cards.

I would say use this booker and you can kiss your pennies goodbye.

mbutte, if I asked you to send a bank transfer to my account, would you? I suspect not.

Why would you consider for a microsecond giving either information or money to a website which, despite its claims, was registered on 30 August? That they do not accept 'international credit cards' is the first hint that all is not well; the 'temporary' inability to use PayPal has likely been in place since inception. The request for a bank transfer completes the hat trick.

Book with this unknown third party website if you have money to burn and wish to obtain nothing for your efforts. If you would like a safe booking experience, book directly with the airline.

This pattern of "cannot use credit cards, use PayPal; PayPal temporarily unavailable, use bank transfer" has been reported on the forum several times when people have complained about companies dedicated to stealing your money.

It's the same lot who brought us flightbuddyonline,.com, cheap-flights-deal.com and plenty of other scam websites.

Run run run away, very quickly!

(and if they've sent you bank account details to which to transfer your funds, report it to the police)

Yep, all the fools who will ignore the most blatantly obvious scams to steal your money because they think they are getting a deal. Continue looking at unlikely low prices that the likes of these scum advertise, and you will, inevitably, get ripped off.

The fact they don't take credit cards is the clue here.

When we were in Chiang Mai last year and wanted to fly on to Luang Prabang in Laos, as we walked past Laos Airlines booking office every day we decided to just go in there and book our flight instead of via their website. We sat down and told them the flight we'd chosen to take, they were booked and when my husband gave his credit card for payment we were told " no cards, cash only". We didn't like the sound of this so, on the way to get cash, went into an internet café and searched for any scams relating to this airline or this particular booking office. Everything came up clean so we went back with the cash. I still worried that something was not quite right until we were actually given boarding cards on departure.

However, a bank transfer on a website booking - no way!
