Flight from Macau to Shanghai and Tokyo

Anyone have idea if my luggage will be automatic transfer from Macau to Tokyo airport?

My flight from Macau is Spring Airline depart Shanghai Pudong.

From Shanghai Pudong take Delta Airline to Tokyo.

As I dont have visa to China I am not sure if I have to exit to collect luggage by myself.

If you have a Home Return Permit, then you have nothing to worry about.

If you don't have a Home Return Permit, I believe someone might need to escort you to make this transit but you should have a 24-hour transit period. Ask your airline.

Your bags probably won't be checked through unless you are on a through ticket (one ticket for both flights).

There is now a 72-hour visa waiver rule for passport holder of certain countries:
