Thought I would bring a positive note to the forum.
Just rang Thomsons to book my seats on upcoming flight. I went on line this morning to book my seats (first time ever using online service) and I totally made a real mess and ended up booking horrid seats, but after calling them on their customer help line , they have been so supportive in giving me a medical seat with extra room and one that was not available to book online . The gentleman was so up beat and happy and couldn't do enough to help. Such a pleasure to recieve good customer service. Well done thomsons
