Gatwick drop off point

Hi, is it still free at LGW (south) please?

I see that Luton have increased the fee 100% from £1 to £2 for access to a 5 minute drop off car park by the terminal. Hmmm.

Hi

Yes it is still free to drop people off at Gatwick north and south. There is also a convenient McDonalds almost next door to the airport where you can wait up to an hour for returning passengers.

The McDonald's car park is only "free" for patrons. If you park there, they expect you to buy some of the muck they sell!

Hi

They can expect all they like but in practice nobody buys anything.

Post #4 jumps onto a 6 month old post to launch an offensive attack, how nice.

Presume he works for McDonalds?

Speaks volumes to me..

<<They do not sell "muck.">>

That may be true, but it's not exactly 'food' either.

Yet another offensive post from Michael, a first time poster, who breached TA guidelines from the start of his career here.

if he wants to rant about what he perceives to be the politics of contributors to this forum, then I wish him well. His discourse and and life view should see him go far.

I detect a whiff of troll here...... Draw your own conclusions, whatever you think about McDonald's.

Froggy... Did you ever see that Morgan Spurlock documentary, " Supersize Me" ?

Tells a lot more than I can about " fast food" and what it does to the body and the brain....
