my wife has 2 allergies, wheat and dairy (cow) and clearly she is not unique here.
Most good restaurants have learned to understand the need to adapt and change menus to suit the many who have such allergies.
Yet, airlines seem to ignore these needs and expect the flying passenger to go without.
Our research says that some 40% of the world's population has such or similar problems but airlines in Australia just ignore these needs.
