Not many extra legroom seats on a TC 757. The seatplan is in this link

It will depend on the airport and whether they board with an airbridge, or with steps.

It will more than likely be an air bridge, so probably front.

On quite a few of my 757 flights I have boarded with an airbridge between rows 10 and 11. Never flown from MAN though.

If you can, go for row 11, TCX standard practice is to board via door 2, that's row 11, if you can't get 11 then I would recommend 12 A/F, these seats also have some extra leg room due to the fact that there is not a seat in front.
