Etihad baggage allowance

We've booked etihad Manchester to Phuket via Abu dhabi & we are a little confused as to what the baggage allowance is? The travel company say 20kg but I'm sure I read on etihad website it was 30kg. We're travelling coral class. Does anyone know the actual allowance (& any cost if we go over!). Thanks
