Etihad baggage allowance

Travelling coral economy with Etihad from Dublin to Sydney and cannot make sense of the baggage allowance. It says you cannot exceed 30Kg,

does this mean you can check in TWO bags amounting to 30Kg and still have 7 Kg of hand luggage also?

are the 7kg hand luggage deducted from the total 30 kg allowing you only 23kg to check in.

leaving in two weeks, help!...

Hi,

You correct on your first example. So for example, you can check in one bag at 20KG and another at 10KG. Or any combinations, as long as the TOTAL for checked in baggage does not exceed 30KG per person.

You still have a separate 7KG per person for hand luggage. This can only be 1 bag.
