hi, i'm asking if i'll be ok with my ESTA as i need to change airports in USA. I have a Brittish passport.

You will go through immigration and customs at the first place you land. After that you are generally considered to be okay and it shouldn't be asked for again.

You may also want to print out a copy of your itinerary - sometimes the immigration officers like to see it.

So you are saying that i can enter the USA through one airport , go thru customs, then make my own way to next airport to continue my flights with ESTA, and no problems, no visa needed, etc?
