What snacks do you bring for long haul flights?

Flying out of FTL to FRK then FRK to OTP..total journey is 19 hours. I'm not sure what to bring with me so I'm just tryin to get some ideas.

Nothing messy or smelly btw. Just simple snacks.

Take any snacks that you like, i usually take some pringles and mints.

Stay away from salty stuff. You are going to be fighting dehydration on a long haul flight.

I would probably take some of the following: fruit (something firm like an apple or an orange), string cheese or mini baby bell cheese, Lara bars, carrots and hummus...

Back to the topic....Blue, my favorites are dried cherries and whole, natural almonds.

Fruit, cheese, crackers, nuts (NOT peanuts), homemade bread, chocolate, cookies, sometimes a nice sandwich, gum.
