we have flown Air Asia quite a few times. Lately, the we have noticed that the cleaners do not clean the tray tables of drink stains and the toilet is a little grimmy even though we are the first to use it after the plane had taken off. Also the in-flight magazine always looks dog eared. I suggest they beef up their levels of service in the areas mentioned. Also their ground staff have a penchant to tell off passengers, even Singapore Airlines is not that arrogant. To get to the departure gate 20-25 minutes before take off is decent as everyone knows that the gate closes 10 minutes before take off. What Air Asia does not realize is a passenger can get to the airport 4-5 hours before time however there are factors outside of the passengers control like immigration queues etc
