Run away fast! There are several red flags in your last post.
1. How can they quote you a price if the airfares and hotel rates are not published yet? They are giving you an inflated price and/or there is a clause that says they can hit you with increases later.
2. 3 Internal Stopovers for free: Nothing is free. This is simply a multi-city itinerary you can price out yourself on any airline website.
3. Airfares and hotel rates are rarely best 365 days out. The only exception might be during major events, like trying to get a hotel in Louisville on Kentucky Derby weekend. Book directly with the hotel yourself and make sure it can be canceled - that way if rates drop you can cancel with no penalty.
4. You asked what "advanced registration" means and did not get an answer. It means "we want your money now and will promise you the best price, even though we are really adding XX% over what we think it will cost and will keep the rest as profit."
Way too much can happen in the world in the next 13 months to lock up boatloads of cash with a travel agent. What if they go out of business? You change jobs and can't get vacation time? You change your mind about destinations?
My advice is to keep researching destinations and activities. Don't worry about trying to book anything until spring at the earliest.
