The result is a beautiful, homey restaurant that is the perfect backdrop for the traditional artworks on display. The menu features classic Tibetan, Chinese and Indian cuisine prepared by a well-trained Tibetan chef. (The Indian recipes come from Uttara's family.) We enjoyed the steamed yak dumplings as well as a hearty soup with yak meat and wonderful handmade Tibetan noodles.
