Stuffed peppers appetizer is a must - we tried the fried cheese given the numerous reviews and found it be average not in the same league as the stuffed peppers. The crab bisque was outsta..."nding. Four of us had the grouper filet - cooked perfectly and the choice of sauces excellent... (We ordered two with the creole sauce, one with capers and wine, and the last in creamy garlic). The skirt steak was fantastic... For dessert we ordered the fried cheesecake and our waiter recommended the flan - no one at our table "liked" flan so we debated getting it - but ultimately said bring one fried cheesecake and one flan and six forks. We were not disappointed - sparks were flying off the forks as everyone kept fighting to get more - I have NEVER had flan that tasted this great in my life ( chef makes it with cream cheese )....
